Delete Your YellowConnect Account

If you wish to permanently delete your YellowConnect account, you can request deletion using one of the following methods.

Method 1: Inside the app

1. Open the YellowConnect app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.

Method 2: Send email

Send an email to yellowconnect4u@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My YellowConnect Account.

Please include your registered mobile number and name.

Data deleted

• User Profile
• Driver Profile
• Vehicle Details
• Trip Posts
• Uploaded Documents

Data retention

Certain records may be retained only where required by law or for fraud prevention.
