Acceptance

By using YellowConnect, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and use YellowConnect only for lawful and legitimate transport-related communication.

Driver responsibilities

Drivers are responsible for keeping profile, availability, vehicle, and document information accurate and up to date.

Fleet owner responsibilities

Fleet owners are responsible for managing fleet-related information truthfully and communicating with drivers and agencies professionally.

Travel agency responsibilities

Travel agencies are responsible for posting genuine requirements and communicating clearly with drivers and fleet owners.

Prohibited activities

• Posting false, misleading, illegal, or harmful information
• Misusing another user's data or identity
• Uploading fraudulent documents
• Attempting to disrupt or compromise YellowConnect systems
• Using the app for spam, harassment, or unlawful activities

Account suspension

Hanu Technos may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, create safety concerns, or appear to be involved in fraud or misuse.

Limitation of liability

YellowConnect is a communication platform. Hanu Technos is not responsible for agreements, payments, travel outcomes, or disputes made independently between users.

Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of YellowConnect after updates means you accept the revised terms.
